Spicy Grilled Shrimp 

The spicy shrimp are easy to make and a healthy addition to the menu of all the healthy Super Bowl recipes. This recipe is a must-try and going to surpass all the BBQ dishes served on the table. The total prep time is hardly fifteen minutes. Since the shrimp cook fast they only take 5 minutes to be fully done.

Start the preparation of the spicy grilled shrimp by mixing all the seasonings ( 1 tsp coarse salt, 1 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper) with 1 large garlic clove in a mixing bowl.

Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and  2 tbsp olive oil in the mixing bowl with already added ingredients and make a paste. Evenly coat the pre-peeled shrimp in the mixture. For extra flavor set the marinated shrimp for 30 minutes aside without lemon juice.

Preheat the grill to medium and cook the shrimp over the lightly oil grill grate on each side for 2-3 minutes.  Garnish with cilantro and serve with some lemon slices. Devor with your favourite from light BBQ dishes side like Grilled Romaine Caesar Salad.

Healthy grilled eggs can be made in two or three ways and in this Light BBQ options for Super Bowl edition, I am going to disclose all of the methods. First way to puncture a small hole on the top of your eggs. With the help of a skewer mix the egg and sprinkle some salt and pepper or seasoning of choice.

Place the eggs in a muffin tray and grill them on medium heat for 2-4 minutes. Peel your eggs and enjoy with muffins. To make a vegetable variant of the same recipe add finely diced mushrooms, and capsicum after adding seasonings.

Give it a good mix and grill the same way. Another technique is to directly pour the egg mixture or eggs on a glazed muffin tray and place the tray on a grill. You can also add vegetables of your choice to the eggs. Serve the healthy grilled eggs with some bagel and cream cheese.

The grilled chicken salad is a blend of grilled chicken and tortilla strips enriching your taste buds with the rich Mexican flavor. For all the healthy grilling lovers this dish is a must. In less than an hour, you will have a bowl full to enjoy your game.

For the preparation mix 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1  tsp brown sugar, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil in a bowl until smooth.  Rub the mixture on 1 pound boneless chicken breasts without skin. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grate lightly. Cook 10 to 12 minutes per side of chicken breasts on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center.

Probe an instant-read thermometer in the thickest part of the breasts until the reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). While the chicken is cooking, grill the tortilla until lightly brown on both sides, which will not take more than 3 to 5 minutes. 15-ounce black beans, ¾ cup medium-hot salsa, 1/2 cup cilantro, and 1 tbsp lime juice in a bowl.

Cut the chicken into long thin strips and tortilla into short strips. In a bowl place lettuce and add chicken, tortilla strips, bean salsa, remaining 1/2 cup cilantro, and avocado. Enjoy with sour cream & wedges.

Grilled Coconut & Lime Kale 

This Grilled Coconut and Lime Kale is rightly listed among the Healthy Super Bowl BBQ Alternatives. To start with heat 13.5 ounces of coconut milk in a saucepan until lukewarm on low heat. Transfer the coconut milk to a large bowl.

Stir lime juice, 2 tsp smoked paprika,1 tsp sea salt,1 tsp cayenne pepper, and ½ tsp red pepper flakes into the milk until the marinade is of smooth consistency. Place the 2 bunches of kale (leaves separated and stems discarded) in the marinate to cover it well and refrigerate for 4 hours to infuse all the flovors of marinate. Preheat the grill and oil the grate lightly.

Place the keel on the grill after shaking it to remove extra marinate. Grill each side for a minute.  Make sure the sides are crunchy and the centre is soft. Enjoy with your favorite grilled steak and sour cream.

Healthy Pizza on the Grill

Making pizza on the grill is a fantastic way to enjoy the Super Bowl. The aroma of the pizza brings all the game love to the table. Add your favorite toppings but Only vegetable pizza perfectly suits the stay healthy theme.

Make the pizza base by kneading the dry ingredients ( 1 pinch of white sugar, 3 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil ) with 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)  1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast mixture. 

Brush the pre-heated garlic oil made from heating the ½ cup of olive 1 tsp of minced garlic in an oven-safe glassware. Punch some holes with the help of a fork on the oblong shape ½ inch-thick pizza base. 

Transfer the base to the grill and cook each side until golden brown. Top with tomato sauce, vegetables and some cheese and basil. Close the lid for the cheese to melt. Remove from grill and let it cool. Enjoy Healthy Pizza!

Crunchy Chicken Bites

To make your crunchy chicken bits marinate your 17 punch of skin-peeled breast fillest in 30 g low sugar BBQ sauce, ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 Tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. In a plastic bag add 70g crushed cornflakes.

Coat the marinated chicken with the cornflakes and grill on medium heat each side for 10-15 mins. When golden and crispy remove chicken strips from the grill and enjoy with your favorite dip.
